going on a mad max theme here lol. Finally got every thing i could afford done to the rusty. Upgrades are Big Bore shocks, new shoes and rims (yes i put the holes in the tires), cage, new engine, and replaced a few broken parts. I still need a new body and i want to put alum front bulkhead, alum rear arm mounts, upgrade steering servo. I'll replace the arms when they brake. Every thing else i think I will leave unless it becomes a reaccuring problem.

Don't forget to add a Turbo Boost feature to smash through walls. It looks like you've added the Molecular Bonded Shell.
*Ummm....Justin, how is it your post count is 0, yet you have a post in this thread? I know you have posted several times in other forums that count posts as well. Very funky.

it has been a fun RC. I have only had it wout once since the cage. Too snow here. It has little traction on ice roads. I took it to work and scaled it. The cage and upper plate only added less than half a pound so the cage is pretty light. I was going to put alum outer knuckles and RPM arms on it but found a great deal on extra stockers on ebay. I grabbed them up. SO i have plenty of extras now. The only other thing I am planning on is alum FLM front and rear bulks, a new lid (have to had lid on for warranty on cage), and jumping the clutch up to a 22 tooth . Engine tops out rather fast and needs the extra 2 teeth.

Yeah, I know all about too snowy. Only ran 1 tank through my 528xr powered buggy half of that tank I spent tuning it down (extremeily lean) Then I had to lean it back out cause I wanted to be safe and went too rich.
But still rich and the darn thing can't be kept straight at all.
I also remember my Jato 2.5R (now in the hands of basherbob) and it was a beast to control too.
So much fun though!

Not sure on the glads yet. I know they hooked up on the wet roads better than the dirt hawgs. Still not so hot on ice.. LOL Other than the one time i have ran it isnce the changes i have no idea yet. I'll keep you posted. I would like to see a Derlin roll cage. It would not stay bent when landing hard like the alum does.
