Hey guys thanks for the knid words..and Alberta is surprising warm out this time of year tom.. i work in the oilpatch quite far north in a place called Fort St John,B.C. ..about 16hrs north of my home town,Medicine Hat,and as of late it's been around +4c to +8c ...so for us it's a nice winter.First year that i got to run my RC'S on and after christmas. Very cool site guys,i have been wanting to build a crawler for quite a while now,i see everything i need to know right here.

i have some bro's that run in the winter, made some studed tires up,cut down a old cooling head to 4 fins, but dam...we pay to much for stuff up here for me to wreck it in the winter when you can't really jump or anything..like i said before i break enough in the summer heat,my wallet needs the winter break to recover...lol

So the Tundra of Canada is not that bad in Alberta..HEHE Sometimes it can be though..
Use a Hairdryer on the plastic parts before you take the parts outside.. The heat dry's any moisture that may be trapped in the plastic and usually prevents breakage..
I do this with all of my trucks.. Tom

Welcome Aboard! Really COOL rides!!!! The furthest I been up in Canada is the Toronto Area. My Girlfriend of 7yrs. is from Missisaugga Ontario. It's amazing how clean your cities look compared to some I've seen in the States down here. Here's the BIG question you are up in Hockeyland. Are you a big Hockey fan? Tim
