so like after blowing out spurs I get a new one in here in michigan and this truck freakin flys. and tom im sure it has 3 speed I heard it shift twice a few times and it just goes. I been jumpin the shoot out of it and came down hard on the front tire and nothing broke. Went to doing full throttle starts and the spur gear is starting to slip again when i do that. So i have to get an al. one. But when this thing isnt slipping it wheelies like crazy. Holy cow I did a front flip to on accdent. hit a jump and i was going fast than normal the the jump throws u a bit on the nose and i was like shoot its gonna hit one of the cars behind me so i hit the brake as soon as it went off. didnt know what i was thinking and it did a front flip like head leave to me and landed perfectly flat. It was sweet. Also this thing has uber control in the air. This savage is SWEET. Thanks muck.
I'll get some pictures or it later today.

Hey PB glad to hear you are enjoying it! It always jumped well for me. It really is a tank. I always ran it rich so, i never really got it to do a lot of wheelies. As far as spur slipping, tighten it down and just becareful. or if you go aftermarket, go with the robinson double pad spur, it is the better one. I had the tranny apart when i did bearings, it is a 2 speed. If i remember all the gears are either alum or steel. if the XTM carb ever gives you issues, you can use the stock S25 carb on it. let me know if i can help with any questions on it too.
one last thing, if you do not have a temp gun, get one. i all ways check it especially with the half tank lean issue that savys have.

You could barley keep it on all 4 wheels in Tom's front yard the day I met ya. It was upside down more than it was right side up that afternoon. And it wasn't tuned fully. You got a great deal on it. That truck is fast!!!!!!! Tim
