[glow=red,2,300][/glow] After breaking arms, axels, dog bones and spur gears, over and over I put this losi on the shelf and let it collect some dust. Here we are about 9 months later and I have made some extensive upgrades. LUNSFORD RACING Titanium turnbuckles and hinge pins lower/upper Ti-nitride 2-speed gear conversion Polished-aluminum diff case 6.0 shock springs Secondary gear cover Integy threaded shock bodies with reservoirs Integy shock towers and with help from a grinding wheel, Integy Revo bumpers Integy hub carriers HCR 6AL4V titanium chassis plate HCR Titanium Front Skid Plate HCR Titanium Rear Skid Plate HCR Titanium Center Skid Plate HCR Titanium Lower Battery Skid Plate RPM Adjustable Camber A-Arms VENOM FAIL SAFE 40 Series Velocity wheels w/23mm hex hubs 23mm HD hex hubs Bow Tie 40 Series I also removed the washer in the engine and so far so good. About the only other thing I want to upgrade is the engine. I’m also saving for the Nomadio radio system because it lefty compatible and offers real time telemetry from your car. how do you like the vantage pipe? i am looking for a pipe with a little more low end, and i have heard good things about the vantage but not real sure on if they are worth it or not.

Thanks for the welcome and props Rock. As for the Pipe, I have a newborn (12 weeks) and I don't get out much with my LST. Looks cool but I have no data to validate one way or another. I will be going out to Floyd Bennett Field on Sunday (if I get all my chores done) and will let you know how it goes.
Question for you all… What engine would you upgrade to?

i have no problems at all with the mach .26. i keep seeing this question often, and it boggles me as to why upgrade? for me, the mach .26 has enough low-end and top speed. you get the best of both worlds in one package. go to a .28, .30 or even .32 and you get more torque, but is it worth it? in my mind, no it's not. with more power comes more breakage. i ported and polished both of my mach .26's, and they are more than fast enough for me. there are wayyyyy too many engines being released right now and it's hard to determine what is good.
if you are dead set on upgrading, i am always looking for good deals on mach .26's.
