First off get rid of the Sassy Chassis its a tank Second, even though you have a tube crawler frame a Scale monster Truck frame would be perfect for it.
Next Stock Clod tires work great or get some Imex Baja's I have some they are good for Ripping around
Next long shocks 4-5" works great have some of those as well.
I realize money is tight, so if you start with the basics you should be OK
First and formost 7-10 Cells work for best speed and power.
Next 19 turns work great but are they Single or Doubles?
Finally Find a body to best suit what you are doing

When running a Super Rooster to keep it cool and still have speed with 10 turn motors you need to run series most of the time.
Reason is even though the SR is a no motor limit ESC it still has limits and anything less than 15 turns causes it to get hot fast when wired Parellel.
As far as 10 Cell packs I can look I dont know if I have one left or enough extra batteries to make an extra set.
As for the Baja's no don't need the rims have those I just need Tires, I could however trade you my Narrowed USA-1 Rims with Clod Adaptors painted black for your Stock Rims
I narrowed the USA-1's to work better with the Baja's and so far they work great
let me know Tom
